KindMeadow terms of use

Terms of use for the KindMeadow app and the website www.kindmeadow.pl. Last updated: 21 July 2026.

2. Nature of the app

KindMeadow is an app supporting wellbeing, mindfulness, reflection, journaling and building a habit of calm practice. It uses gamification elements such as the garden, drops, plants, decorations and challenges.

KindMeadow is not a medical device, therapy, diagnosis, medical advice or crisis support.

3. Minimum age

The app is intended for people aged 16 and over. Younger users should not use the app on their own.

4. User account

Using the app requires an account created with an email address and a password. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide, for keeping your password confidential and for using the account in line with the law and these terms.

You must not share your credentials with third parties or attempt to access other users' accounts.

5. Practising safely

  • Only do an exercise when it is safe for you.
  • Stop the exercise if you feel pain, breathlessness, dizziness, strong anxiety or a sense of danger.
  • Movement, outdoor, breathing and GPS exercises are performed at your own risk.
  • Do not use the app while driving or in any situation that requires your full attention.

6. User content

You can add entries, written answers, photos, audio and video recordings, comments and other content within the app features. You are responsible for the content you add.

  • Do not add document details, passwords, payment data, other people's personal data or content that breaks the law.
  • Do not publish content that is abusive, violent, harassing, sexual, discriminatory or that violates other people's privacy.
  • In photos and recordings, avoid faces, documents, screens, addresses and other private information.
  • In the social features, be respectful and do not use them for spam, advertising, harassment or unlawful activity.

7. Psychological consultations

In the first public version of the app, psychological consultations are not an active KindMeadow feature. The app does not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical advice or crisis support.

If the consultation feature is launched in the future, its rules, limits, consents and data processing information will be described before it is made available to users.

8. AI features, narrator and Nibbles

KindMeadow may use algorithmic features and AI services to suggest exercises, generate short encouraging messages, verify selected photos and synthesise voice for prepared app texts. These features are supportive and informational, and the decision to do an exercise always belongs to you.

9. Free, trial and KindMeadow PRO

  • The free version may have limits, including the number of exercises per day, the number of plants, challenges and access to media.
  • A new account may receive a 21-day trial with access to PRO features, as described in the app and on Google Play.
  • The PRO subscription is handled through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat.
  • You cancel the subscription in the store where you bought it. Deleting your account in the app does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

10. Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app or request data deletion through the page Delete account. The privacy policy describes retention details and the scope of deleted data.

11. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the app stable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to every feature. Test features may change, be limited or removed.

These terms may be updated as the app develops, as the law changes or as app store requirements change. We will inform you about significant changes in the app or through another reasonable channel.
