1. Deleting the account in the app
If you can still sign in, you can delete the account directly in KindMeadow:
- Open the KindMeadow app.
- Go to the profile or settings screen.
- Choose the delete account option.
- Confirm your decision as prompted in the app.
2. Requesting deletion without access to the app
If you cannot sign in to the app, write to us at privacy@kindmeadow.pl.
Use the subject "KindMeadow account deletion" and include the email address linked to the account. We may ask for additional confirmation to make sure the request comes from the account owner.
3. What data we delete
After account deletion we remove the data linked to the account, including:
- email address, username, profile, avatar and account settings,
- garden state, plants, drops, challenges, progress and exercise history,
- journal entries, written answers, comments and messages,
- photos, audio and video recordings added in the app,
- push notification tokens and session data linked to the account.
4. What may be retained
Some information may be kept for a limited time where required by law, service security, abuse handling, accounting or payment records. Subscription and payment data is handled by Google Play and RevenueCat under their own policies.
5. Deletion timeline
We remove app data from our servers within 30 days of the account deletion or of confirming a valid deletion request.
6. Google Play subscription
Deleting your KindMeadow account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. If you have an active PRO subscription, cancel it separately in your Google Play settings.
7. Deleting only part of your data
If you want to delete only part of your data, for example selected entries, media or messages, use the options available in the app or write to privacy@kindmeadow.pl describing your request.
